The Kerala Society of Ophtlamic surgeons is proud to announce the KSOS Leadership Development Program, a unique program to identify, nurture and empower the next generation of leaders across the state.We are seeking one dynamic individual from each district to participate in this transformative program.
About the program :
This two day program will provide participants with :
🌸 Intensive Training : Workshops and sessions focused on leadership competencies including planning,teamwork , communication and ethical leadership.
🌸 Mentorship Opportunities : Guidance and insights from experienced leaders.
🌸 Networking : Opportunities to network with a diverse group of emerging leaders and established professionals across Kerala.
